Warsaw, Indiana · Small-batch additive manufacturing

Custom 3D-printed
tooling, built to spec.

We design and print durable, made-to-order tooling for wire-harness manufacturers — plus workshop hardware that earns its spot on the wall. If you can't buy the part anymore, we'll model it and make it.

What we make

Two lines, one workshop

Industrial assembly-board fixtures on one side, shop hardware on the other. Every part is designed in CAD, printed in-house, and finished by hand — not pulled off a catalog shelf.

B2B · Industrial DnA Plastics 4-tine wire fork, red (18–22 AWG)

Wire Forks

Two-piece forks for harness assembly boards that mount to standard ¼" pegboard. A standalone alternative to proprietary systems and cheap metal-tine imports — solid plastic tines, color-coded by gauge, and customizable to your line.

  • 4 and 6-tine variants, color-coded by gauge
  • Heat-set brass inserts — not printed threads
  • Volume price breaks for production orders

Consumer · Workshop PipeHold bracket set holding a 3/4-inch black steel pipe

PipeHold™ Mount

A two-piece bracket set that mounts ¾" black steel pipe to your wall studs. Tested to 200 lb static — real weight, real wall. Comes with the right fasteners and a manual that doesn't waste your time.

  • 200 lb static load, real-world tested
  • Stud-mount, 48" max span, 3" pipe standoff
  • Fasteners and install guide included

Why DnA Plastics

Tooling without the catch

Made to order

Every fork is modeled parametrically. Different tine count or gauge range? That's a number we change — not a new mold and a six-week wait.

Built to last

Parts are oriented so the layer lines run with the load, not against it. Brass heat-set inserts mean real, reusable threads — not plastic ones that strip the first time you back a bolt out.

Documented & repeatable

Your spec and print file stay on record. Reorder in 18 months and you get the same part — pulled from a file, not from somebody's memory.
