Placing an order, asking about a color, or bringing me a part that doesn't exist anymore — it all starts here. Ordering direct means you get the full color range and custom combinations, and it costs a little less than buying through a marketplace. The more detail you give me, the faster and tighter the answer.

I'll reply by email, usually the same day. Custom designs may include a one-time setup fee for CAD time — reorders of an existing design skip it.

Lead times

Everything is made to order. Most orders go out in about two weeks; large or multi-color orders can run longer. If you need it by a specific date, say so and I'll tell you honestly whether I can hit it.
